Starting March 30th and running for 6 weeks, the Spring Practice Program offers students the opportunity to:

• Work alongside our engineering teams
• Learn from experienced mentors with years of industry expertise
• Explore AI-driven projects and modern software development practices
• Understand real business workflows and delivery processes
• Gain insight into collaboration between IT, Product, and HR departments

We intentionally run this program in spring - not summer - to better align with students’ academic schedules and availability.

For years, we have actively supported student practice and mentorship programs. Our experience allows us to provide structured guidance, meaningful tasks, and a professional learning environment.

While the program is unpaid, it offers something equally valuable:

We are not looking for perfection - we are looking for motivation, curiosity, and commitment.

We welcome a wide number of CVs from students eager to grow in the IT field. However, as the number of available spots is limited, our HR team will conduct interviews and select participants based on motivation, technical foundation, and long-term potential.
