Various food delivery systems utilize distinct interfaces, requiring restaurants to tailor their data to meet the specific requirements of each platform. This is a time- and resource-consuming process for restaurants.
With this platform, restaurants can effortlessly generate and replicate menus, automatically accept new items, and automate routine tasks across multiple delivery apps, using various POS providers, minimizing the need for manual intervention.
Additionally, restaurants gain convenient access to pertinent business statistics, such as peak hours, top-selling items, and customer traffic, enabling them to make data-driven decisions effectively.
This platform stands out by addressing the unique challenges that online food providers encounter in today's digital landscape, offering automated solutions to streamline operations.

As the bridge between our client’s platform and restaurants, we are dedicated to seamlessly integrating new customer data into the system. With the emergence of new restaurants and other key players in this industry, the need for integration is ongoing.
We also prioritize keeping the platform adaptable to evolving customer requirements by developing both temporary and permanent features. This enhances marketability for both the platform and restaurants.
We partnered up 5 years ago and quickly became trusted software integrators for this global project, eventually tripling the initial dedicated team.

To match the request volume and the necessary skill set we created a dedicated team for this project, currently consisting of an experienced PM, two tech leads/consultants, a project lead, a dedicated tester and 4 software developers working on backend.
During the more than 5-year collaboration our dedicated team has effortlessly scaled down or up based on the client’s and project’s needs.
By establishing dedicated, fast-communication channels, providing near-real-time responses to client requests, and ensuring swift problem-solving, we have developed a custom communication process tailored specifically to meet the client’s unique needs.
