We became involved in the project from its inception, progressively assuming responsibility for the entire software development process, from architecture design to ongoing maintenance.
At the height of our collaboration, our team comprised nine software professionals, including a full-stack development team, a UI/UX designer, a project manager, a tech lead, and QA specialists. We played a crucial role in optimizing the platform for both performance and cost efficiency.
By migrating from legacy infrastructure to AWS cloud infrastructure and implementing advanced database and hosting solutions through our tech consultancy, we significantly enhanced performance and scalability while reducing costs by over fivefold. The improvements were so substantial that they were evident month-over-month.
Our method of encoding process integration offers a seamless user experience. The integration is fault tolerant and also offers a backup solution if the primary solution is not suitable for the current use case.
Given that the platform was designed for large corporate clients, ensuring security and compliance with strict regional regulations was a critical focus. Throughout our development process, we prioritized enabling B2B users to access all necessary data and analytics for informed decision-making while ensuring that no user profiling could occur.
